We recommend that you regularly back up the RM Auditor database. If you have permission to do so, you can run backups immediately or you can schedule them to run in the future.
There are two types of database backup available on the Administration page, as follows:
Incremental backup, which can perform a quick database backup, by backing up only files that have been created or changed since the last backup.
Full backup, which takes longer and deletes any stored incremental backups.
In the left-hand pane, click Administration.
In the right-hand pane, under Database Maintenance Tasks, select Incremental Backup or Full Backup.
If you want to run the backup immediately, click the Run button. Click Yes to confirm.
If you want to run the backup in the future, click the Schedule button.
Notes
We recommend that you schedule incremental backups to run daily and full backups to run weekly or monthly.
